  • Eligibility for Returns
    Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Certain products, like custom equipment or consumables, may not be eligible.
  • How to Initiate a Return
    Contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide shipping instructions and guide you through the process.
  • Refunds & Exchanges
    Approved returns are refunded via the original payment method. Credit card and PayPal refunds may take 5–10 business days. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • Shipping & Costs
    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless due to defect or shipping error. Our team coordinates safe transport for equipment returns.
